The TDP weeder is ideal for shredding pruning shoots without stepping on the rows and is equipped with two hydraulic pick-ups to lift pruning shoots. They are suitable for tractors with powers between 70 and 150 Hp, they can be applied from the front, rear and in reverse tractors, simply by changing the position of the drawbar of the hitch.
They have an XP rotor, for a homogeneous and fine cut that facilitates work in large swaths. A peculiar feature of the XP rotor are the toothed supports that carry the pins of the blades and that are welded to the rotor tube following a double helix. In the crushing of large rows or large prunings, when the mobile blades recede from the blows received, the toothed supports compensate for the momentary absence of the cut of the stick by acting as fixed knives on the wood. Thanks to these characteristics, the TDP series is capable of finely crushing voluminous strips of large diameter vine shoots in a single pass with high speed and productivity.
